Our agile process means that you will be involved at every stage of the project life-cycle.
We initially collaborate with you to develop a brief of what you want to achieve with your web application and what functions are required to achieve your goals.
The project is then mapped out and broken into component parts. Specifications are written into "stories" that translate business requirements into web functionality.
During the development phase, features are implemented regularly and can be tested and reviewed online on a daily basis online.
The advantage of this method is that features are prioritised by perceived business value and irrelevant features can be dropped, while emergent features that may not have been in the initial can be added. this means that your project does not get delivered in a rigid manner, but evolves over time so that the end result delivers exactly what you want.
